Herzog & Deumeuron​​

 

Herzog & Deumeuron are some of the most prestigious architecs of this decade, some of their know projects include Birds Nest in Beijing, 56 Leonard St in NYC, Triangle in Paris , 1111 Lincoln Road in Miami, MAM in Miami, Tate Museum in London. For Jade Signature herzog & Demeuron had sun studies done for 365 days, to postion the building in a way that the pool and the units will maximize their exposure from the sun light.The floor plans will be very well improved compare to the previous Jade projets, 1+den to penthouses Herzog & Deumeron are creating a master piece. Jade Signature is the most anticipated building in Sunny Isles beach and most likely south florida.
